Check Your Security bucks the industry trend with continued growth in 2012/13

Being early adopters of IP/Digital solutions within the Security industry in 2005, Check Your Security recently posted continued growth in the IP sector with a 25% increase on last year’s figures.

Carl Pace Check Your Security Managing Director, “Yes, growth is good I am not knocking that, but what is even better is to ensure you are continually improving support and options for your customers and doing it cost effectively.

When you can increase your engineering staff by over 100% as we did last year, making sure all engineers are cross trained and accredited across the wide portfolio of products we sell and support is not easy. This I believe shows real long term commitment to Manufactures, Distributors and Customers alike.

It’s important for us that customers are offered not only the best of breed in products such as CCTV, Access control, PA / Intercom systems and LED Lighting,  but that we also match it with high levels of response and service. This does I know put a huge burden in time and cost on support companies with many not prepared to make these types of commitments as far as retraining and equipment costs is concerned, but it’s something we have always been glad to take on board as more change and more options is inevitable in the future. This open to change commitment is what we believe differentiates Check Your Security from other security firms – not only leading the way in technology, but offering many best of breed options from leaders within their field. After clearly highlighting differences and benefits of each option put forward, we leave it to our customers to decide what their perfect fit is - not shoe horn them into what’s easy or profitable for us.

It’s all about Service and Response - giving customers choice and ensuring they clearly understand all their options when making strategic decisions so that they can retain control over their systems and dictate future directions they wish to go in rather than having to comprise.”

Check Your Security continues to take on new products and services with this year’s additions: TDSi and Commend, to not only enhance options open to prospective customers but to ensure they support what customers have already in place and invested in.
